General Information

Altura Consulting Group is pleased to announce the 2022 Twin Cities & Regional Hospital Compensation Survey.  The survey focuses on 199 key positions found in hospitals in 14 job families and also covers a variety of pay practices including shift differentials, casual pay rates, extra shift bonuses, and sign-on and retention bonuses.    Last year 21 organizations in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin reported data on behalf of 76 hospitals.  See below for a complete list of survey jobs.

Survey Pricing

The results report (PDF & Excel file formats) is available to survey participants for $275.  Non-participants can also purchase the results report for $465.

Survey Timing

  • Survey Invitations: April 4, 2022 (Effective date of data: April 1, 2022)
  • Participation EXTENDED Deadline: May 27, 2022
  • Report Distribution: By July 19, 2022

To participate in the survey, click on the Participation Form below. When it opens, DOWNLOAD and SAVE the Excel file to your computer and begin completing the survey. All survey data submitted by participants for surveys conducted by Altura Consulting Group is provided on the basis that the data confidentiality of each participant will be fully protected at all times.

Protection of confidentiality extends to compensation data reported and to any kind of observation or form of analysis that could serve to identify a company with its data to an experienced person.
