MNASCA is pleased to announce its 2025 Compensation & Benefits Survey, administered by Altura Consulting Group. The survey covers:
- Base salary and incentive compensation for 19 critical ASC positions,
- Detailed information on casual pay, holiday pay, sign-on bonuses, pay for preceptor and charge/lead nurse roles, and
- Prevalence and design information on 11 core employee benefit programs.
Survey Pricing
There is no cost to participate and participants will receive a complimentary copy of the full survey results. Note that the survey report will not be available to non-participants.
Survey Timing
- Survey Invitations: September 22, 2025 (Effective date of data: August 1, 2025)
- Participation EXTENDED Deadline: October 17, 2025
- Report Distribution: November 7, 2025
Survey Information and Participation Materials
To participate in the survey, click on the Participation Form below. When it opens, DOWNLOAD and SAVE the Excel file to your computer and begin completing the survey. While you can email your completed survey participation form to us at surveys@alturaconsultinggroup.com, we encourage participants to use our secure Citrix upload portal to ensure the protection of their completed participation form. All survey data submitted by participants for surveys conducted by Altura Consulting Group is provided on the basis that the data confidentiality of each participant will be fully protected at all times.
Protection of confidentiality extends to compensation data reported and to any kind of observation or form of analysis that could serve to identify a company with its data to an experienced person.
Our surveys are designed and administered in compliance with anti-trust guidelines.
