Altura Consulting Group – on behalf of CHS Inc. – is pleased to announce the 2022 Merchant/Trader Total Cash Compensation Survey. The purpose of this survey is to gather and report comprehensive total cash compensation information (base pay and base plus short- and long-term variable pay) for key commodities trading positions typically found within agribusiness, trading companies, and related industries. The survey form has been streamlined this year for ease of reporting. The survey covers three benchmark positions (Merchant, Trader, and Grain Originator) by five levels (Individual Contributor 1-3, Manager 1-2) and the additional position of Trainee (Commercial Trainee). There is no cost to participate and participants receive a complimentary copy of the full survey results.
