Manufacturers Alliance and MPMA are pleased to announce the 2021 Manufacturing Compensation & Benefits Survey. The survey covers 198 jobs from administrative and production staff to executive positions, along with pay practices, benefits,  and workforce management practices.  This year’s edition of the survey also includes questions related to the COVID-19 pandemic and remote working.  See below for a complete list of survey jobs.

Survey Timing

  • Survey Invitations: December 7, 2020 (Effective date of data: January 1, 2021)
  • Participation Deadline: February 5, 2021
  • Report Distribution: Week of April 12, 2021

Survey Information and Participation Materials

To participate in the survey, click on the Participation Form below. When it opens, DOWNLOAD and SAVE the Excel file to your computer and begin completing the survey. Protection of confidentiality extends to compensation data reported and to any kind of observation or form of analysis that could serve to identify a company with its data to an experienced person.
