Altura Consulting Group is pleased to announce the 2023 Cooperative Compensation & Benefits Survey.  The survey covers 79 cooperative positions, 5 benefit plans, detailed information on General Manager compensation and special benefits, and Board of Director structure and compensation.  This year’s survey includes 12 new jobs:

Survey Pricing

The results report (PDF & Excel file formats) is available to survey participants for $210.  Non-participants can also purchase the results report for $510.

Survey Timing

• Survey Invitations: January 9, 2023 (Effective date of data: January 1, 2023)
• Participation EXTENDED Deadline: February 24, 2023
• Report Distribution: By April 17, 2023
