Altura Consulting Group is pleased to announce the 2021 Cooperative Compensation & Benefits Survey. The survey covers 62 cooperative positions, 5 benefit plans, detailed information on General Manager compensation and special benefits, and Board of Director structure and compensation. See below for a complete list of survey jobs.
The results report (PDF & Excel file formats) is available to survey participants for $200. Non-participants can also purchase the results report for $500.
- Survey Invitations: January 11, 2021 (Effective date of data: January 1, 2021)
- Participation Deadline: Extended to February 26, 2021
- Report Distribution: By April 19, 2021

While you can email your completed survey participation form to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we encourage participants to use our secure Citrix upload portal to ensure the protection of their completed participation form. Protection of confidentiality extends to compensation data reported and to any kind of observation or form of analysis that could serve to identify a company with its data to an experienced person.
