2025 Coding Positions Compensation Survey

General Information

Altura Consulting Group is pleased to announce the 2025 Coding Positions Compensation Survey.  The survey covers base pay and incentives for 25 coding positions, as well as sign-on bonus practices.  The survey positions range from Hospital Inpatient, Hospital Outpatient and Clinic Coders to Manager and Director level roles.

Survey Pricing

The results report (PDF & Excel file formats) is available to survey participants for $215.  Non-participants can also purchase the results report for $445.

Survey Timing

  • Survey Invitations: September 8, 2025 (Effective date of data: August 1, 2025)
  • Participation EXTENDED Deadline: October 17, 2025
  • Report Distribution: By November 3, 2025

Survey Information and Participation Materials

To participate in the survey, click on the Participation Form below. When it opens, DOWNLOAD and SAVE the Excel file to your computer and begin completing the survey. While you can email your completed survey participation form to us at surveys@alturaconsultinggroup.com, we encourage participants to use our secure Citrix upload portal to ensure the protection of their completed participation form.  Click here to access secure portal.

Protection of confidentiality extends to compensation data reported and to any kind of observation or form of analysis that could serve to identify a company with its data to an experienced person. Our surveys are designed and administered in compliance with anti-trust guidelines.
